Media Release: Premier Assisted Living & Memory Care Community Coming to Danville

DMK Development Group and Trilogy Health Services jointly announced today that they will build and operate a new premier assisted senior living and memory care community in Danville. This project will invest $14 million while creating 200 construction jobs and 60-70 permanent health care positions. The facility will be constructed on a 6.3-ac site at the southwest corner of US 127/150 Bypass and Davco Drive. Thanks to the great work of Mark Dexter of Dexter Real Estate for helping make this project a reality as DMK's local realtor.
