Who is Kermit Lynch? That’s the sort of thing (and more) that you are encouraged to ask Helen. If you’ve never been to Wine Salon before, it is a casual gathering of up to 15 people. We taste 5-6 wines and briefly consider and talk about each. Helen leads us and shares (often with good humor) what she knows about each wine. The more you know about a wine, the more enjoyable it is to drink-- that’s the JB thought for the day and sort of the premise of the Salon. You are welcome to stay for dinner and we will offer a pairing appetizer to go along with wines.
