              Event Description:
              “Trick or Treat on Main” will be 5:30-7 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 31, on Main Street, between Second and Fourth Streets. The Community Arts Center will perform “Thriller” again during this “spooktacular” event. Citywide trick-or-treating will be 6-8 p.m.
