Name: Make It Your Business: A Community Discussion with the EDP
    Date: November 4, 2015
    Time: 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM EST
    Event Description:
What does successful community and economic development look like?

That is the question the Danville-Boyle County Economic Development Partnership would like the community’s help in answering during a public breakfast forum, which will be 7:30-9 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 4, in the Heart of Danville Community Room at the Boyle County Public Library.

The event, “Make It Your Business: A Community Discussion with the EDP,” was organized as a way to get the community’s input as the EDP and local government officials begin the process of creating a strategic economic development plan for the cities of Danville, Perryville, and Junction City and Boyle County.

During the event, guests will be divided into small groups to share their thoughts about quality of life, economic development and community development in Boyle County, and then each group will be asked to share its results with all in attendance. Advocate-Messenger Editorial Page Editor David Brock will facilitate the discussion.

The breakfast event is free and open to the public, but because space is limited in the library’s community room, guests are asked to RSVP to EDP Communications Director Kasey Hill at kasey@betterindanville.com or (859) 236-2361 x 110.
