Bruce Richardson recently gave a lecture, focused on O'Keeffe's love of tea and the Japanese art spirit, at the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum in Santa Fe. He will lead you through the direct lineage from Okakura Kakuzo, author of the Book of Tea, to O'Keeffe's mentor at Columbia, Arthur Wesley Dow. Bruce has looked inside the kitchen cabinets at O'Keeffe's home and studio in Abiqui (NM). He will share with you some of the tea things he found there. Plus, sample teas he designed for the gift shop at the O'Keeffe Museum.
