              Event Description:
              The Danville Christmas parade will be 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, on Main Street. The theme for this year’s parade is “Christmas Around the World.” The Mayor’s Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony will take place prior to the parade at 6 p.m. in Weisiger Park. The Mayor’s Reception will follow the tree lighting ceremony and will be at the Community Arts Center.
