              Event Description:
              Nationally known garden expert Mr. Jon Carloftis will mingle with guests, lead a tour of the museum's gardens, and announce winners in a local floral design competition he will personally judge early that morning. Breakfast refreshments will be provided. All proceeds from the event will benefit the W. Mack Jackson Memorial Garden at McDowell House Museum.

              Tickets are $25 per person. Please RSVP by April 15th. Please phone the museum at (859) 236-2804 with your credit card, or address a check to McDowell House at 125 S. Second St. Danville, KY 40422. Space is limited.
               
              A floral design competition will be available for those who wish to participate that morning. Mr. Carloftis will be judging. Natural plant material should be used in all designs. Floral designs may be dropped off on Sunday the 19th from 2 pm-4 pm or Monday the 20th from 9:00 am-9:30 am. Doors open at 9:45 am for the program.
