              Event Description:
              The Heart of Danville Main Street Program will honor outstanding local achievements in downtown revitalization and development, during the 2014 Annual Meeting on Feb. 27, 2014 at Jacobs Hall Museum on the Kentucky School for the Deaf campus.

               

              The public is asked to nominate a business, organization or individual who deserves special recognition for helping improve downtown Danville. Each category represents a "Heart" initiative that has a positive impact on downtown.

              "Whether it is a visual improvement or an outstanding investment, these awards serve to honor the best of the best," said Bethany Rogers, executive director of the Heart of Danville Main Street Program. "Many members of the community have worked hard to not only revitalize downtown, but to improve the quality of life in Danville, and these awards are a way to thank them for their efforts."

              The deadline for nominations is 4 p.m., Feb. 10. Forms received after the deadline will not be considered. Nomination forms can be downloaded               here.
