Board of Directors

The Board of Directors for the Danville-Boyle County Development Corporation is a diverse group of active community leaders from both public and private sectors. Our governing board is composed of three Boyle County Judge Executive, one Magistrate appointed by the Boyle County Fiscal Court, the Mayor of the City of Danville, one Commissioner appointed by the Danville City Commission, the Chairman of the Danville-Boyle County Economic Development Authority, one Director appointed by the Boyle County Industrial Foundation, and three (3) representatives appointed by the DBCDC's Advisory Council.

DBCDC Board of Directors Meetings

The Danville-Boyle County Development Corporation's Board of Directors regularly meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 4:00 PM in the Constitution Square Conference Center. The DBCDC's board meetings are open to the public.

The DBCDC's board meetings provide a wealth of information about the community activities, initiatives, and issues of the partners in our work of economic development.
